If you travel by public transportation, you can use the transfer service (reservation is required in advance). If you travel by car, please put "みな和(Minawa)" or "熊本県阿蘇郡南阿蘇村河陰 2510 (2510, Kain, Minamiaso village, Aso-gun, Kumamoto prefecture) into your GPS or Google Maps. We have parking for 20 cars available.

Free pick-up service.

Free transportation service is provided to customers who travel by public transportation. For customers who wish to use the free pick-up service, please make a reservation in advance and contact us with what time and place you need to be picked up at, including the following: Aso Kumamoto Airport, JR Otsu Station, JR Aso Station, and the entrance of Konoyu Onsen.
(It may not be possible to make a reservation in some cases. Thank you for understanding in advance.)
